City Of Rousse May Increases Its Contribution To Multipurpose Development 14/03/2008
Rousse municipal council will review a proposal to increase its assistance to Project Rousse, a joint venture set up with Mall Rousse Invest, Prista Oil and Densi story. The venture has been set up to build a sports auditorium and a complex of entertainment and sporting venues, a business centre and hotel as well as commercial facilities. Rousse Municipality contributed to the project by granting building rights and an unfinished construction site, valued at 13.7 million leva. The proposal provides for adding 42 676 sq m to the building rights area contributed by the municipality. The development's total build area would therefore  approach 140 000 sq m. Fairplay To Build A New Hotel In Sofia 20/03/2008
FairPlay International (FPI) will build a new city hotel near the Kempinski Hotel Zografski in Sofia, according to Dnevnik Daily. The Hill Hotel, part of the FPI Hotels and Resorts chain, should welcome its first guests in September. The 48-room hotel will apply for a four-star category rating. It will boast a business center, Hill Tower, which will be housed in a separate building. In addition to conference facilities, Hill Tower will also offer office premises, parking lot and storage facilities. FairPlay (FPI) is an investment, development and construction company.
