Properties for sale in Bulgaria near ski resort
There are several ski resorts in Bulgaria and a further 13 resorts in the pipeline. Most are in nature reserves or national parks in the southern mountains. When people talk about buying property in ski resort they are talking about the three main resorts – Bansko , Borovets and Pamporovo. With the property boom from the past few years, buying a property in those resorts at a reasonable price is almost impossible. However villages close to ski resorts become more and more popular and attractive to buyers. One can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the rural life and still be minutes away from the biggest ski tracks in Bulgaria. Developments outside ski resorts count not only on the proximity to ski facilities but also introduce spa , golf and other entertainments to its customers.
