Rural properties for sale in Bulgaria
Just a few years ago, the first wave of foreign buyers was pretty much restricted to tourist hot-spots such as the coast and the ski resorts. Nowadays there is not a corner of rural Bulgaria where a British person has not bought a house.
In this section we focus on properties for sale located in the countryside. You will see plenty of rural houses and building plots available for sale all over Bulgaria.
The biggest advantage of those properties is the size of the plots as land in the rural areas is quite cheap. The houses in the countryside are normally in poor condition and require some renovation work to become livable again.
