Municipal Housing Prices To Go Up 10/03/2008
The sale and rental prices of municipal apartments should reach current market levels, according to stipulations contained in the new ordinance for municipal property transactions, debated by the Budget Committee with Sofia Municipality on January 22. Municipal housing units have so far rented for an average of 66 leva a month. After the agreed price rise this will rise to 110 leva. The sale prices of municipal mansions will see a six-fold increase from 112 leva a sq m to 800 leva a sq m. more
