Search Bulgarian property by region

Choosing where to live is not always the same as choosing where to invest - for investors , the coastal resort may advertise high rental incomes, but these are generally seasonal and should be compared with the income that can be obtained from year-round lettings in bigger cities. For others the choice of location is intended to suit both a holiday home and an investment - in which case big cities may not be such a good choice. The criteria vary depending on your reasons for buying a property in Bulgaria.

If you are not sure in which Bulgarian town or region you want to buy a property, you now have the chance to search properties for sale in Bulgaria by clicking on the region or town that you are interested in.
