200 000 Sq M Of Malls Constructed In Bulgaria Colliers 12/03/2008
A total of 201 000 sq m of mall retail space is under construction in Bulgaria. The increase in the amount of shopping mall area was of 138 500 sq m in the first six months of 2007, Colliers International research showed. Yet again, 2005 was a strong year for the majority of the EU housing markets as house price inflation remained impressive in all but a handful of countries. Dutch Real Estate Fund Interested In Bulgaria 11/03/2008
Real estate fund Bouwfonds Property Development (BPD), part of Dutch financial group Rabobank is investigating the execution of a project in Bulgaria. The fund is also interested in investment projects in Romania and other countries in the region, investor.bg reported.
