British people who move abroad have been urged to try their hardest to fit into their new community. Steven Quinn, who has been living abroad since 2001, said expatriates would get more out of the experience if they tried to assimilate. Speaking to the Sun, he recommended that people dispense with their UK lifestyle if they wish to integrate fully. Mr Quinn told the newspaper: "We have found that you have to embrace the new cultures and the way that they live." He added that if people follow this advice, they will find it easier to settle into their new place of residence. Property Prices In Bulgarias Smaller Regions Remain Unchanged 13/03/2008
Several years ago, analysts in Bulgaria found it difficult to believe that property investors will become interested in areas close to Bulgaria's bigger cities and will launch a number of projects there. Investors have worked on entire apartment and villa complexes in smaller and less popular regions, 24 Chassa newspaper reported. Significant amount of funds was allocated to such projects. Property Price Increase In Bulgaria Second Highest Worldwide 14/03/2008
Bulgaria registered the second highest increase in property prices worldwide, according to the analysis of London agency Knight Frank. The analysis compares property prices in countries in Europe, Asia and in the US, 24 Chassa newspaper reported. Bulgaria maintains the second highest price increase after Latvia, where the growth for the second quarter of 2006 as compared to prices for the previous year reached 45.3 per cent.
