This is a two storey brick built house in bad condition situated in a small village of the Pleven area. The house is big with 120 sq.m. living area but it hasn’t been maintained for years and needs complete renovation.
Plastering inside and rendering outside are necessary. If you don’t want to spend money for repairs you could demolish the house and build a new one as there is plenty of space.
