This house has 2 floors and total living area of 190 sq m. It`s old but with little investment it can turn into a dream home. It`s located on a hill and all the other houses are in the back so you can imagine the splendid views that reveal from this spot! There is another building on the same plot that has 120 sq m of living area. The second building exists on the scetch and has only foundations but it can be rebuilt without any permittions. The garden is quite spacious- 2500 sq m.
The village is located about 14 km far from the town of Smolyan and 26 km from the ski resort of Pamporovo. The analysis of sites in the Rhodopes reveals that along with the North central region and especially the Central Balkan, the Rhodopes stand out as a region with best developed rural tourism. That accelerated development is due in addition to the natural features of the region, the interesting cultural, architectural, historical and other sights of interest, and also to the people in the Rhodopes.
The geographical characteristics of the studied villages reveal that the northern mountainous highlands keep the villages from cold winds and the low southern uplands give an access of the warm Mediterranean influence. The advantages of Bulgaria in rural tourism are determined by: the clean nature, the varied landscape, the availability of numerous natural and other places of interest, the unique culture, hospitable population motivated to offer tourist services.
