A wind-generator park for 150 million euro will be built in Stara Planina above the village of Dulgi del, Georgi Damiyanovo municipality by the Danish company "Greentech". This announced the mayor of the municipality Dilyan Dimitrov, cited by BNR.It is expected by the end of October the company to obtain the construction permit. The municipality and the investor have registered a joint company which to construct the park.The local administration participates with an apport installment of land. It has provided 57 places, 2 decares each, on the mountain ridge at an altitude of around 1500 m.In each of the places a wind generator will be constructed with a power of 4 MWh. Sofia.  Decline in bookings on key markets, understaffing, poor value for money. These are some of the factors that will make life difficult for may local hotel owners and even whole resorts this summer, the English online edition of the Dnevnik Daily reported. The industry is bracing for flat tourist arrival figures in 2008 after half a decade of double-digit growth. It will be a mixed bag, said Valentin Yosifov, the local TUI representative. Sofia's European Trade Center To Become Bulgaria Largest Office 06/06/2008
The largest office center in Bulgaria, with a built-up area of 70 000 square meters worth EUR 70 M is going to open its doors in 2010 on the "Tzarigradsko Shosse" boulevard in Sofia, in the area known as the 7th Kilometer. The center called "European Trade Center" (ETC) currently represents almost 10% of all office projects in Sofia still in construction stage. ETC includes five office buildings with the highest one standing 65 meters toll and is part of the mega complex "Hermes Park". In addition to the office buildings, "Hermes Park" will also have a shopping mall with "Carefour Tzarigradsko", the biggest hypermarket of the French chain "Carrefour" in Bulgaria. 64 M Eur Invested In First Business Park In Plovdiv City 25/03/2008
‘Prime Property BG' invests 64 million EUR in the constructions of the first Business Park in the city of Plovdiv (Central South Bulgaria). The business park will includes 4-5 storey modern buildings with offices and trade areas, underground parking lots, restaurants and supermarkets. It is expected that many companies, most of which foreign will accommodate in Plovdiv's first Business Park that will open many new work places. It is foreseen that the final end of the building sites and the starting exploitation date of the project will be in 2011. The ‘Prime Properties BG' expectations for reversion of investments will be round 30%. Only 13 Per Cent Of Russians Plan To Buy Home In Near Future 03/04/2008
The prospects of Russian customers to acquire a new housing unit remain relatively stable. However, like in 2007, only 13 per cent of the residents were planning to improve their living conditions or to buy a new residence in the next seven years, according to an opinion poll, conducted by the Russian Public Opinion Research Centre (RPORC). Sustainability of housing demand could be attributed to a number of factors, such as the relatively strong development of Russian economy, successful mortgage programmes and improved lending conditions, according to RPORC.
