He learned from media that splitting of his department was planning. Dimitrov commented NDSV's vote by the time of the non-confidence motion, explaining that there no such practice in the world, a coalition partner not to support the government with his Ministers. The historic building of the central mineral baths in downtown Sofia has long become one of the city's symbols. Officially closed in 1986, its fate remained undecided, while every municipal administration that came to power deliberated what new purpose to attach to the old building.Finally, in July, a solution was found and officially published in the State Gazette: the building was cut in two. The north wing, it was decided, would house a spa centre, and it was given in a 20-year concession. The first group of 74 foreign tourists for the new summer season arrived at Bourgas airport aboard a low-cost Sterling airlines plane from Copenhagen on March 30, Bourgas city hall said in a statement. After receiving a hearty welcome at the airport, they continued to their destination, the Slunchev Bryag (Sunny Beach) resort. The airports in Bulgaria's Black Sea cities of Varna and Bourgas processed more than 3.4 million passengers last year, according to data provided by Germany's Fraport, which owns the majority stake in the company that holds a 35-year concession on the two airports.
