During the hotel construction the following requirements have been met: •Creation of comfortable and functional connections between the different areas, premises and the different flours of the hotel • Use of the natural slope of the terrain when laying out the floors of the building • Providing the opportunity for an immediate exit to the ground levels of the building • An accessible environment and high comfort of habitation has been created following the legislative requirements The architectural imagery of the building is a result of all these requirements to achieve modern architecture with a high level of aesthetic impact. The materials used for the design of the facade and the interior are thoroughly natural and of high quality – timber, glass and decorative stone paneling, which contribute to the harmonious existence of the building in the surrounding environment. The apartment complex is realized as a single body with two underground floors and five over-ground floors providing view of the entrance level. The internal gallery like structure is developed around a lighted atrium passing through all the levels of the building. The apartment complex covers 90 studios and 18 apartments. The entrance level in the apartment complex provides 10 parking places, while the first underground ground floor is designed as a parking lot for 19 cars and accessible by an open circle ramp. The access to each of the floors is through two panoramic lifts, located in the internal atrium and two separate staircases. The apartment complex also has: Coffee Bar, Restaurant Terrace, fully equipped fitness centre, Spa complex and an open swimming pool. The natural features of the terrain provide an immediate access to the garden, the open swimming pool and the beach. All apartments and studios have wide terraces and French type windows.
