The biggest yacht exposition on water in Bulgaria - 'Bulgaria Boat Show', will be opened tonight in the sea capital Varna. The expo will continue 3 days and there will be presented over 50 new models yachts, 20 of which will be on water, and the rest can be seen on the6 ground. The expensive vessels will be spread over surface of 2,000 square meters. 'Bulgaria Boat Show'2008 will show more Azimut yachts than every other European exposition. World Property Crisis Hinders Market Boom In Bulgaria 12/03/2008
The increase in Bulgaria in 2008 will be slower than in 2007 because of the residential property market crises in the US and Europe. The prices in Bulgaria would not drop, but the increase will remain within 10 per cent, experts said as quoted by Pari daily. After years of growth, the prices of real estate in some European markets went down. Spain and Ireland registered a firm decrease in the prices, property became less expensive in the Baltic countries as well, Pari said. UK newspaper Telegraph even wrote about a crash in part of the overheated property markets, similar to the collapse of the mortgage credits in the US. The ongoing credit crisis could create potential investment opportunities across the world, experts have suggested. According to Amberlamb, the recent drop in consumer confidence has made some property sellers desperate to offload their stock. Rhiannon Davies, director of the group, said this is particularly apparent in countries which have historically had a strong housing market. She believes that since these locations are still supported by strong "fundamentals" and are likely to recover at some point in the future.
