The property is located in a big village just 17 km from the town of Berkovitsa and about the same distance from the district center of Montana. The area became very famous for investments lately as there is the Kom Tourist and Sport complex is located just 15 kilometers away from the town, 12 kilometers from Petrohan gorge and 1500 meters above the sea level. Kom peak itself is 2016 meters above the sea level. The snow cover in the site lasts for almost five months, which determines nice skiing conditions for the ski and snowboard lovers. The complex offers alpine and running types of ski- run, surrounded by ancient threes (the “Upper Whirl” Reserve), serviced by two drag lifts. The house is not too big- it is a one storey house with total living area of 60 sq m distributed between 3 rooms. There is a basement too. Water, electricity and cable TV are provided to the property. There is a well in the garden which is 500 sq m. Some additional buildings and a summer kitchen are built in the yard but they can be removed if you don`t need them.
