The property is located in a big village just 17 km from the town of Berkovitsa and about the same distance from the district center of Montana. Water, electricity and cable TV are provided to the property. There is a well in the garden which is 500 sq m. Some additional buildings and a summer kitchen are built in the yard but they can be removed if you don`t need them.
