A lovely estate huddled in a small snug village located just 50 km from the Bulgarian-Turkish checkpoint. The accommodation is situated at the center of the village, near a gravel road. The living area is 150 sq. m., spread on two floors in comparatively good condition.
The ground floor forms two rooms connected with a corridor. External stairs lead to the next floor where situated three rooms with an entrance-hall are. The yard comprises of 2000 sq. m. The building is stone and brick built, which gives an additional stability.
There is running water and electricity connection installed in the house. The toilet, as in most of the Bulgarian rural houses is located outside the mansion. The house could be connected to the sewage.

There are external premises built in the plot which were used for the cattle and for storing the farm implements by the former owner.
