Construction in Sofia comes from "freezer"

Projects for malls, shopping centers and housing complexes, which stood nearly two years in the freezer because of the financial and economic crisis is beginning to thaw. The trend is more pronounced in Sofia, where in the past few months have been restored investments of about EUR 700 million.

Banks have significant contribution to thawing because renewed funding of the projects stopped because of the crisis.

According to the Chamber of Construction total volume of unfinished construction in the country amounted to nearly 20 billion euro.
