This spacious rural house is situated in good fishing and hunting area close to the town of Turgoviste at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain. The area is peaceful and quite attractive because of the picturesque nature and fresh air. The village is some 80 km east of the lovely historic Veliko Turnovo and about 150 km away from the seaside and the city of Varna! Close to the village there is a large lake.

The house is two storey providing 90 sq.m living area. On the first floor there are three rooms and four more rooms connected with a corridor are on the second floor. The house is in relatively good condition although it needs some repairs. Electricity, water and telephone line are available. The toilet and the bathroom are outside.

Large 2500 sq.m garden is included in the property as well as spacious agricultural building of 60 sq.m!

Bulgaria ranks first on foreign direct investments in 2007, stated Bulgaria's Economy Minister Peter Dimitrov in the lecture ‘Economy perspectives before Bulgaria and Bulgarian - American trade relation'. Dimitrov explained that the incomes from foreign investments for the last year were round 6,5 billion EUR. Bulgaria's budget surplus until March 31, 2008 was 547 million EUR. Bulgaria Absorbs Only 23 Per Cent Of Eu Preaccession Infrastructure Funds 14/03/2008
Bulgaria has absorbed about 23 per cent of the funds for infrastructure from EU's pre-accession ISPA programme. According to data published on February 19 by the Ministry of Finance, the total sum for ISPA projects is 1.5 billion euro. However, the EU, international financial institutions and Bulgaria's co-financing budget, have paid only 347 million euro so far. The Finance Ministry data, however, indicates that funds for contractual projects in 2007 have doubled. At the end of January 2007, the funds were only 34 per cent of the total volume of the programme, while the January 2008 report indicates the contracts already cover 70 per cent of ISPA scope.
