This spacious rural house is situated in good fishing and hunting area close to the town of Turgoviste at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain. The area is peaceful and quite attractive because of the picturesque nature and fresh air. The village is some 80 km east of the lovely historic Veliko Turnovo and about 150 km away from the seaside and the city of Varna! Close to the village there is a large lake.
The house is two storey providing 90 sq.m living area. On the first floor there are three rooms and four more rooms connected with a corridor are on the second floor. The house is in relatively good condition although it needs some repairs. Electricity, water and telephone line are available. The toilet and the bathroom are outside.
