We offer to you a large two storey house situated in the town of Yambol. It has 130 sq.m living area distributed on two floors. The first floor consists of one bedroom, a living-room and a bathroom with a toilet.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms and also a bathroom with a toilet. It is a new building that needs just rendering outside to turn into a perfect place for living. The yard is small – at the rate of 40 sq.m with a garage. Running water and electricity are available. The house is approachable through an asphalt road.
The area is preferable by the British families because it is close to the seaside and the Stara Planina Mountain at the same time. You could enjoy the beautiful countryside, the fresh air and the wonderful conditions for fishing, hunting.
The river Tundzha which passes by the town offers good opportunities for boating. Furthermore it is quite easy to go to the Black Sea coast and the city of Burgas where the International Airport is. It will take you about one hour and a half by car.
If you want to live in the provinces near the sea but not in a village it is a good chance for you.
