• 94 sq m – 66 000 + 10 000 = 76 000 euro

• 166 sq m – 123 500 + 17 000 = 140 500 euro
• 240 sq m – 160 000 + 23 000 = 183 000 euro

The developers are also offering the option of selling a plot of 500 sq m land with all permits for construction if a client wants to build himself another type of house, not according to the plans of the Complex. The developers could build the house according to his individual project and the price is 490 euro/sq m.
