10 luxurous Kamenar villas will be built in traditional rural style with high quality materials only 5 minutes from the sea; 15 minutes from the sea resorts of Nesebar and Sunny Beach and 15 minutes to the International Airport of Burgas. The villas are different types - from 94 to 240 sq m total living area on one, two or three floors. Each villa is situated within a 500 sq m plot of land.
