• 2000 euro – reservation fee
• 30 % - upon signing the preliminary contract within 10 days from the payment of the booking fee.
• 70 % - - upon getting the title deeds within 45 days of the preliminary contract.

Other payment schedules are possible by agreement between the parties.

Maintenance fee of the common parts - 12 euro per sq m.

Management fee – one-time charge of 1.5 % on the loan amount.

The beach area with sand dunes is more than 1000 m long and 100 m wide; supplied with beach chairs and umbrellas and attractive seaside entertainments, catering establishments and sport facilities.

The resort complex is just 70 km from Burgas Airport and is connected to it by a first-class road approximately half of which is highway. The bus journey from the airport to the hotel takes 40 minutes at the most. The location of the complex provides access to personal and public transport.
