The historical town of Aheloy is situated on the coast of the large Bourgas bay. Today Aheloy is developing as a tourist destination, attracting numerous visitors with its convenient location and pleasant climate.
The sandy beach line begins from Aheloy camping site and spreads to Pomorie /approximately 10 km long and 10 to 20 meters wide/.

The complex we offer is located in the eastern part of Aheloy village. It is within a walking distance from the beach (80 m away), 10km away from Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The biggest town on the southern Black sea coast and district center Bourgas is only 30km away.
The complex consists of 2 buildings, of three and four floors each, with total built area of 10 000 square meters. The architectural plan of each building has two or three apartments on each floor viewing the sea, the swimming pool or Aheloy. The appearance of the complex is inspired by the traditional Bulgarian revival period.
The complex has: free parking space, restaurant, two swimming pools for adults and children, open area for chaise-lounges, children playground, reception.

580 Mln Eur Eu Money For Modernization Of Bulgarian Railway Lines 25/04/2008
Some Bulgarian trains will be able to travel at a speed of 200 km/h after 580 million EUR from the EU Operative Program 'Transport' is absorbed. The sources are foreseen for the modernization and reconstruction of Bulgaria's railways until 2013, local press reported on Wednesday, quoted by Budapest Business Journal. The sum is round 30% of the total budget of the 'Transport' Operative Program for Bulgaria. This makes the National Railway Infrastructure Company the second largest beneficiary of the program after the Republic Road Infrastructure Fund, Bulgaria's road agency. Bulgaria Foreign Debt Drops 2,8% By End Of January 27/03/2008
Bulgaria's gross foreign debt falls 2,5% to 27,4 billion EUR at the end of January. The reason according to the central bank is the withdrawn of foreign deposits from local banks, Reuters informed. The foreign debt has jumped to almost 36% y / y mainly due to strong private borrowing through the last year, data showed. The debt slowed to 83,7% of GDP by the end of January, down from 97,3% a month earlier. The private foreign debt fell 3% on a monthly basis to 23,4 billion EUR, after mainly foreign banks have withdrawn some 788 million EUR from their Bulgarian deposits. Bulgaria paid a total of 1,02 billion EUR to service its gross foreign debt through January, up from 721 million in 2007. more
