Quick sell of properties in Bulgaria

For the last six months has seen nearly 30 percent decline in the period for which a property is sold.

If in the last months of 2013-a buyer was located an average of 93 days, to date this figure is already 69 days. In this approach we come close to the country in which are the fastest-selling properties on the old continent – Sweden. There, on average, a new owner could be found for 65 days. The worst is the situation in Portugal – 395 days, show the data of the company ERA Bulgaria.

The focus on transactions in residential properties remains on 2-room apartments. Around 37% of the deals are with this type of real estate. Increased is the number of buyers willing bigger housing.

The reason somewhat can be sought in the fact that after nearly six years of crisis in the sector, already starting to monitor transactions with the investment objective, not just the purchase of property for private use.

"The timing is especially suitable for acquisition of property, as prices are relatively stable, there is optimism based on more realized transactions, there is and report of higher accessibility to the credit resource," said Rumiana Dimitrova, business development manager of ERA Bulgaria.
