It is not a very big house- 60 sq m large but it comprises 3 rooms and a corridor on the first floor and a basement on the ground floor! The plot that goes with the land is 1240 sq m large. The house has a very good location with great views! The village is famous for its lovely views and has been attracting many foreigners who bought houses there! The town of Montana is  17 km far and the resort of Berkovitsa has everything that you might need and is pretty close too!The house can be bought together with property ID 2304 as they are right next to each other!!!According to the plans a cabin lift will be constructed from Berkovitsa to Kom zone which is about 16 kilometers east from the town. The plans of the municipal are to make the slope twice as large and to recover some old slopes so that the total length of the ski slopes will become 15- 20 kilometers.Transport- Auto and rail transport connect Bercovitsa with the rest of the world. There are regular bus lines to Sofia, Montana, Lom, Varshec and many others small towns in the region.
