The property is situated in a beautiful village in southern Bulgaria. The village is included in the municipality of Bratsigovo, District of Pazardjik. The property stands about 7 km south-west from Bratsigovo, about 30 km south from Pazardzhik, 7 km west from Krichim and 140 km south-east from Sofia. There is regular transport from the village to Krichim every morning and evening.
The property consists of an incomplete two-story house and a spacious yard. The house is finished on rough stage of completion - walls and roof, no window joineries or isolation and plaster. It has concrete and stone foundations, stone built first floor, and brick built second one. The roof is wooden. The house is very large and spacious having total living area of 200 sq m. The village is in a mountain area at an altitude of about 700 m. The climate in the region is soft, with typical mountain winters and cool summers.
