Two-storey house, located in a quiet place near Ihtiman.
This is a cozy and functional one-family house with a lovely yard, forty minutes from Sofia. The villa was built in the 80's. It consists of two floors.
On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, a separate kitchen / living room, a bathroom with a toilet. At this level, there is also a spacious and sunny terrace. On the second floor, there are two separate bedrooms and a second toilet. One of the bedrooms reveals amazing panoramic views. The second floor is accessible via an internal staircase.
The yard (900 square meters) is maintained cultivated. It includes another small building. There is electricity, water supply from the central network. The house its own water source (pump in the yard).
The village has well developed infrastructure. The main streets are asphalted and illuminated. Bus transport connects it to other settlements.
