The house is located in Ihtiman municipality, just 35 minutes from Sofia. The village is quiet, set in a unique area near centuries-old forests and several lakes. One of them is the Iskar Reservoir.
The region is ecologically clean with unique micro climate similar to Bankya’s. There are opportunities for rural tourism, fishing, hunting, cycling and off-road experiences. This is the perfect place for raising children. The proximity to the big city allows working and traveling every day.
