The house was built in 1872 and restored in 2007. It is located in the center of a beautiful mountain village in SMolyan region. The village is located near a Roman bridge, the old school of St. Panteleimon and the church of St. Bogoroditsa.
The building has been restored in a traditional style. It was fully furnished and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. It boasts three floors and a total living area of 274 sq m.

On the first level there is a large lounge with a fireplace, a toilet, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garage and the yard. The garage is housing a newly installed high-class pellet heating system.
A staircase leads to the second level where there are three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single) with two bathrooms with a toilet. The western bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet, a closet and a terrace.
A wooden staircase leads to the third level where here are two double bedrooms with one bathroom/wc and a living room with a unique view of the village and the mountain.
In the yard of the house there is a barbecue with a fireplace and a seating area.
