The house was built in 1872 and restored in 2007. It is located in the center of a beautiful mountain village in SMolyan region. The village is located near a Roman bridge, the old school of St. Panteleimon and the church of St. Bogoroditsa.

The building has been restored in a traditional style. It was fully furnished and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. It boasts three floors and a total living area of 274 sq m.
