Location:

The complex is nestled in the heart of the old part of the town of Tsarevo on the southern coast of Bulgaria. It is in an hour drive from the international airport of Bourgas. Rregular bus lines and taxi connect the town of Tsarevo with Bourgas, Sozopol and Primorsko.

Tsarevo's climate is considered to be close to Mediterranean, there are 300 sunny days a year. The holiday season is from May to October.

Beaches:

Near the complex there are two beaches. 200 meters away there is a small, clean and very comfortable beach. The big beautiful beach of Nestinarka with white sand and clean water is 400 meters away. On the beaches there are cafés and bars which offer fresh seafood dishes as well as European and traditional Bulgarian cuisine.

Infrastructure:

Due to its central location the residents will have access to all the infrastructure of Tsarevo. Within a radius of 50 meters from the complex there are year-round grocery stores, a restaurant under a huge ancient tree crown and a cafe. Within walking distance there are small private shops and markets. At 80 meters from the complex there is a playground. At 160 m there are tennis courts and a fenced football pitch.
