This is a wonderful property located 11 km from the town of Bratsigovo and 7 km from the village of Rozovo in Pazardzhik municipality. The settlement lies in the amazing Rhodope Mountain at about 1200 m above the sea level.
The house has three floors and consists of the following:
First floor (ground floor) - living room (tavern) with kitchen, cellar, corridor and internal staircase to the second floor. There is a possibility to make a sanitary unit.
Second floor - spacious living room with kitchen box, corridor, bathroom with toilet and a large terrace, internal staircase with to the third floor.
Third floor - two bedrooms.
In front of the house, there is a large meadow with ryegrass, pine trees, a gazebo with tables, benches and a barbeque with a fireplace!
The access to the property is easy all year round via an asphalt road. There is a small dam 3 km away. This is a great place for relaxation and recreation in the nature! Quiet and peaceful!
