Two Properties for the Price of One!
We are offering this must-have rural property comprising TWO houses, a barn, and a well for free water to the houses. The property is situated in a beautiful small Bulgarian village in the picturesque Montana and Vidin region. The total living area is around 120 sq m., and the garden is approximately 1,900 sq m. This lovely friendly village, which offers mountainous scenery and clean air, is set in a great location. Bulgaria's second most important transport corridor in the region, is very close. And there are regular trains and buses on the Sofia-Vidin line. The railway station is only 1 kilometre's walk from the property. And the village centre, which has two grocery stores, a bar, and a church, is just 5 minutes walk away. What could be better?
