This is a beautiful old house in perfect condition, ready for living.
The house is about 90 years old. The ground floor is made of natural stone with thick walls and consists of two large rooms. The second floor is completed with wood beams and comprises of two large and one smaller rooms. Next to the house, there is an additional room with a fireplace.
The house is in good condition - solid roof, completely replaced 10 years ago. The tiles are Turkish to preserve the authenticity of the property. There is electricity, water, outside toilet. The house is used for summer vacation.
The garden has vineyards, much greenery and fruit trees. Stone-made wall surrounds the whole property.
The village is 6 km away from the town of Strelcha, 30 km from Koprivshtitsa and 23 km from Panagyurishte. There is a railway station, regular buses. The village has 150 permanent residents. In the summer, this number grows significantly. Three are grocery stores, a café, a town hall, a post office, a library and a retirement club. The nature is wonderful. There are two small dams in the immediate vicinity.
