The house is about 90 years old. The ground floor is made of natural stone with thick walls and consists of two large rooms. The second floor is completed with wood beams and comprises of two large and one smaller rooms. Next to the house, there is an additional room with a fireplace.

The house is in good condition - solid roof, completely replaced 10 years ago. The tiles are Turkish to preserve the authenticity of the property. There is electricity, water, outside toilet. The house is used for summer vacation.

There are two small dams in the immediate vicinity.
