This is a two-storey house situated in a small village where some English families have already bought properties. The place is near the town of Burgas and is located in the Strandzha mountain.
An asphalt road leads to the house. The building has been very well maintained and it is ready to welcome its new proprietors. It may need just a repaint. The house provides about 90 sq.m. living area distributed between five premises – three bedrooms and a corridor on the upper floor and two rooms a and corridor on the firs floor.
The toilet is in an outstanding building near the house but it can be moved inside. The house has a external staircase to the second floor. The house is supplied with electricity and running water. A cable phone line can be easily obtained for 100 euros. Just in front of the house three is a lovely trellis vine which gives some cozy atmosphere to the place.
Besides it a huge walnut tree standing near the house makes the inner yard pleasantly shady during the hot summer days. This property benefits from a large garden with some fruit trees. The nature around is amazingly preserved as the vicinity is poorly populated. The area around is extremely proper for fishing and hunting.
