If you are keen on skiing you have probably heard about Pamporovo – stunning Bulgarian winter resort lying in the heart of the Rhodopi Mountain. It is the most southern ski resort in Europe and the sunniest Bulgarian mountain resort with perfect snow cover during the whole season. Pamporovo is 240 km far from Sofia and 85 km from the nearest International airport of Plovdiv. The resort offers mild climate with soft winter and about 120 sunny days during the skiing period – from mid-December to mid-April. The ski runs in Pamporovo come in all hardship levels. They are located on the northern, eastern and western slopes of the Snejanka peak.

This new development of we present you is situated in the southernmost part of Pamporovo resort at altitude of 1,320 m. The complex consists of 13 detached chalets with unique style and design. Splendid Mountain View makes the place fascinating!

The chalets are only 4 km (2.5 miles) from the Studenets ski lift station and 3 km (1.9 miles) from the main road to Pamporovo and the town of Smolyan.The complex is currently under construction.

Each Chalet consists of two floors with an open-plan living room, modern fitted kitchen, cozy fireplace and elegant veranda on the ground level. The second floor has two double bedrooms with a common terrace and a large bathroom. Each property will provide 107 sq.m total built-up area and also go with 250 sq m garden, a parking lot, local security and fire-alarm system.

RESERVATION

Any chalet can be reserved for 20 days with a non-refundable deposit of €1000 EUR or Ј660 GBP. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company and to pay the first installment within approx. 20 days after reservation.

PAYMENT PLAN:

30% of the sales price - at signig the preliminary contract for sale (include Reservation deposit)

30% of the sales price - at the completion of the second floor level and finishing of the roof

30% of the sales price - at the full completion of the building and sign Act 15

10% of the sales price - at the signing the notary deeds and transfering the chalet to the client.

Prices - 127 000 euro for the bigger villas and 125 000 euro for the smaller ones.

Bulgaria Civic Organization Raises Alarm Over Construction In Rila Mountain 21/03/2008
The ski lift to the Seven Rila Lakes in the Rila Mountain was completed in flagrant violation of Bulgarian and EU laws. This was announced Monday by the civic organization "Let Nature Remain in Bulgaria" (LNRB). The organization also threatened that unless the illegal construction in Rila stopped, civil protests were to be staged all over the country in order to expose the government's irresponsibility towards Bulgaria's nature. The price increase for lots usually happens at a slower pace than the one of other real estate, but in 2006 site prices in Bulgaria increased with almost the same speed as the residential property prices.
