We suggest you to make a good investment for your restful vacations in this lovely village among the elevations of the gorgeous Strandzha Mountain. The area of the settlement is wonderful as it is in the immediate proximity of the nature park of the mountain and just some 20 km from the sea! Green woody hills, pure rivers and wide sea shores are combined in the most attractive way to charm you. There are very good conditions for rest – fishing, hunting and hiking. A walk in the region will bring you energy. The district is peaceful but not far from the nearest amenities. The International Airport in Burgas is some 80 km away which is less than an hour driving.
The house we suggest you is an old rural one built in traditional Bulgarian style with stone foundations. The property is approachable through a dirt road. The living area is 70 sq.m distributed between two floors. Running water and electricity are available in the house. It needs some repairs as it hasn’t been recently inhabited. There are external toilet and bathroom. The yard that goes with the house is 400 sq.m.
