We offer to you a large two storey house situated at the end of a village in the Burgas area. There is an outer staircase leading to a small wooden terrace on the second floor. Electricity and running water are available. WC is outside.
The estate has been abandoned and it is not in very good condition but our local workers could help you to renovate the house. Repairs won’t cost you much as the slates and the roof are firm. Perhaps some plastering inside and rendering outside would be enough.
The property has a big yard that needs to be weeded and cleaned. It is fenced with a wire-netting. There is a well and a big entrance suitable for a car to pass through. You could build a garage or another additional building. Planting fruit trees or vegetables is also possible.
You could do anything to make this place your lovely cottage for rest. The area is favourable for fishing, hunting and hiking so you could take advantage of the abundant environment. The Strandzha Mountain is some kilometers south of the village.
The Black Sea on the other hand is about 50 km away or half an hour by car.
Don’t forget that the estate prices grow up. So this is the right time to make a reasonable investment at a very low price.
