If you don’t mind little repairs you could take advantage of our offer for a one storey brick built house that goes with 1300 sq m garden. The property is situated in a well organized village only 5 km far from the town of Karnobat and 60 km from Burgas. There is a lake near the village where you could go fishing. Hunting and riding are also popular in the area.
The new highway to Burgas is currently building just a few kilometers far from the village. This infrastructure improvement will turn the settlement in a preferable place for living because of its good connection with Burgas and the International Airport.
The property has been not inhabited for a while and needs renovation. However we have a team of local workers who could do the work required. The house provides 130 sq m distributed between six rooms. The two floors are connected with an external staircase and each floor has three rooms. No inner bathroom and toilet are available but they could be built. Good investment at a reasonable price isn’t it.!
