This is a brick build two storey house situated in a lovely quiet village at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain. The house is solid and preserved building despite being abandoned for a while. It comprises 95 sq m living area distributed between the two floors. The mansion is supplied with running water and electricity. Telephone line could be easily installed upon request. The toilet is outside the house but inner one could be made since there is enough space in the building. In order to make the house livable you need to do some repairs. However it won’t cost you much and our local team of workers would be glad to help you. They could give you the right advice and also full estimation of the costs. Next to the house there is an additional farm building of 47 sq m and the total size of the garden is 1270 sq m. The whole property is surrounded with stone firm stone fence. A well is available for irrigation.
The village is only 15 km far from the town of Karnobat and 65 km from the city of Burgas. It lies in perfect fishing and hunting area well known as a wine growing region as well.
