Attractive piece of land with a small house lies in a picturesque village only 30 km from the vine growing area of Karnobat and 65 km from the town of Bourgas and the beaches. The total size of the plot is 3000 sq m and it is situated at the end of the village providing lovely view towards the plain. The house is small and hasn’t been currently inhabited. It offers 50 sq m living area. In order to make the place livable some renovation need to be done. However if you don’t mind repairs you could use our local team of workers that could give you the right advice as well. Having in mind the large size of the garden you could build additional structures of the plot.
The village lies in perfect fishing and hunting area.
