The Alternative Investment Market (Aim) eastern European real-estate sector is so complicated, it could be deemed a specialist subject on Mastermind. Analysts claim there are too many companies to mention, often with confusingly similar names, and many more that vanished without a trace after failing to raise capital. "For every one that made it to the market, there's at least four that were stillborn," says Blue Oar Securities real-estate analyst Ian Wild. "Far too many were done far too quickly." Bulgarians had spent around 700 million EUR for resting abroad last year, reported the of State Agency of Tourism, quated by Bulgarian site News.bg. Bulgarians most visited destinations in 2006 were Turkey, Greece and Macedonia. 12% increase is noticed this year among the Bulgarians that travel abroad. Most often they go to Turkey, Macedonia and the countries from Central Europe, said from the State Agency of Tourism. Meanwhile the interest of the Bulgarian tourist to local seaside does not go down. Bulgarian tourists are most frequently met on resorts like Sunny Beach.
