This is a one storey house situated in a small village at the foot of the Strandzha Mountain. It is an old building in good condition. It has stone slates and outer staircase leading to a small wooden terrace and the floor. It needs just a little refreshment to be ready for you. Running water and electricity are available. There is an external toilet. The garden is big but seedy and brushy and needs weeding. You could plant some fruit trees and build a garage or other additional premises there.
The area provides good possibilities for fishing and hunting. On one hand there is a river passing by the village and on the other hand the Strandzha Mountain is only some kilometers away. If you prefer the sea it will take you just about half and hour to get there.
