We offer to you a pleasant small one storey house sheltered in a quiet village near the large river Iskar.
The estate is suitable for a small family as there is limited living area of 70 sq.m divided into three rooms. There is a small terrace on front of the house entrance.
The edifice is well preserved and needs just a little refreshment. Running water, electricity and telephone line are available.
The yard is at the rate of 1000 sq.m with a well and some additional buildings. You could see fine trellis vine in front of the house.
The village is located some kilometers away from the town of Pleven and the famous nature park of Kaylaka. You could go for a walk or row there.
The region is good for tourism – it famous for its caves, more than 300 caves concentrated in the valleys of Iskar and Osam. It is also a hunting and fishing area.
