Primorsko is a small town located on the South shore of Black sea, about 50 kilometers from the major city of Bourgas. Primorsko is laid on a peninsula and is one of the sunniest places in Bulgaria. Picturesque bay and bizarre rocks, vast beaches with sand dunes and warm sea water create the inviting attraction of Primorsko. Astounding nature, protected reserves, a hunting park, natural landmarks as the Ropotamo River – those are only a small part of the charming face of the town with over a 5 kilometer beach side, surrounded with oak woods.

The holiday village is located in the town-planning of Primorsko, on the beautiful gulf of “Stomoplo”, south of the famous ex-presidential residence “Perla”. The 4400 sq. m terrain is situated towards the sea and ensures wide view of the whole bay, along with 130 meters of sand dunes, around 80 meters of woods and 80 meters of aquatic reserve.

The holiday village consists of 5 buildings, located in 2 groups by the periphery of the terrain.

The village has the following facilities:

The apartments are luxurious. They are handed in finished state:

· Metal entrance door

· Windows and balcony doors are made of reinforced plastic

· Flooring in the living rooms and bedroom are made of laminar parquet

· Flooring in anteroom and balcony is made of granitogres

· Luxury electrical switches

· The bathrooms are completely furnished with shower cabin, sink, toilet, and boiler. The walls are garnished with faience, the floors with terracotta.

· The kitchen furnishing is cupboard, fibre glass hot-plate, microwave, washing machine or dishwasher(on choice)

Complex’s advantages:

· The whole holiday village will be surrounded by fence and will be all year guarded by security.

· The buildings are made with reinforced concrete, brick front and brick partition walls.

· The building isolation – hydro isolation and thermal isolation are made with modern ecological materials.

· Facial fronts with colored acrylic plaster.

· The electricity installation is separate for every apartment. It has a separate electric meter connected the main building electric meter.

· The water sewage system is made of PVC pipes, with build in water meters in every apartment.

The complex will have all year round security guarding, maintenance of the outer facilities (swimming pool, greenery etc.).

 

Purchasing scheme:

Payment for the purchased apartments will be done as follows:

- An advance payment of 50 % on signing the preliminary contract

- 50 % after handing over the apartment in finished state: May 2007

On handing over the apartment, a contract for security and maintenance of the complex is to be signed.

 

The yearly tax for security and maintenance is 5 Euro per sq. meter.

Investment Corporation of Dubai offered 3 billion euro for Inmobiliaria Colonial, the Spanish developer that owns of Riofisa, which is developing two projects in Bulgaria worth more than 450 million euro, Bloomberg reported on February 28. Investment Corporation of Dubai bid 1.85 euro for each share of Colonial, which lost half its market value in six the past months, on February 27.
