Primorsko is a small town located on the South shore of Black sea, about 50 kilometers from the major city of Bourgas. Primorsko is laid on a peninsula and is one of the sunniest places in Bulgaria. Picturesque bay and bizarre rocks, vast beaches with sand dunes and warm sea water create the inviting attraction of Primorsko. On handing over the apartment, a contract for security and maintenance of the complex is to be signed.

The yearly tax for security and maintenance is 5 Euro per sq. meter.
