Primorsko is a small town located on the South shore of Black sea, about 50 kilometers from the major city of Bourgas. Primorsko is laid on a peninsula and is one of the sunniest places in Bulgaria. The holiday village is located in the town-planning of Primorsko, on the beautiful gulf of “Stomoplo”, south of the famous ex-presidential residence “Perla”. The 4400 sq. m terrain is situated towards the sea and ensures wide view of the whole bay, along with 130 meters of sand dunes, around 80 meters of woods and 80 meters of aquatic reserve.

The holiday village consists of 5 buildings, located in 2 groups by the periphery of the terrain.

On handing over the apartment, a contract for security and maintenance of the complex is to be signed.

The yearly tax for security and maintenance is 5 Euro per sq. meter.
