20 000 sq m peace of agricultural land is situated among the gorgeous hills of the Strandzha Mountain some 60 km far from the sea coast and the city of Burgas. The land is 400 sq m away from asphalt road and about a kilometer far from the nearest village.
The village is close to Nature Park that Strandzha Mountain. The area is famous for its beautiful unspoiled nature and perfect conditions for hunting and fishing. The Nature Park itself occupies one of the first places among the protected territories in Europe in terms of biological diversity. Over 50% of the Bulgarian flora is represented there with a big number of endemic, relicts, rare and threatened Red Data Book species.

Q4 2007 Construction Permits Number Down 14/03/2008 Bulgarian authorities have issued 4637 construction permits in the last quarter of 2007, a decrease of 4.9 per cent decrease over the previous three months and two percent lower than in the same period of 2006, data from the National Statistical Institute data showed. Residential developments continued to account for the largest share of the total, with 2884 permits granted for total area of area of 2.4 million sq m, compared to 3110 permits for 2.1 million sq m in the previous quarter. The number of permits for administrative buildings went up to 145 from 114.
