Bulgaria’s coastal city of Varna will see the construction of a shopping mall worth 85-million leva. The development will have 12-storey towers, 70m high, and will be a mixed trade, entertainment and administrative centre, investor.bg reported. It will cover a 70 000 sq m gross built-up area. Once built, Mall Varna Towers will be the highest building in Varna. The mall will have also cinemas, bowling, restaurants and cafes, as well as a helipad and swimming pool on the top of the towers. 370 000 Second Hand Cars To Be Purchased In Bulgaria In 2008 04/09/2008
Bulgarian citizens will purchase around 370 000 used cars by the end of the year. This is a prognosis of the Association of automobile producers and their authorized dealers in Bulgaria."118 119 second hand cars have been purchased in the first six months of the year", the executive director of the Association Stefan Hadjinikolov announced. The share of sales of such automobiles is 85% against 15% for new cars, BNES writes.Up to this moment 35 495 new cars have been sold in Bulgaria from the beginning of 2008. 32 844 of these are automobiles.
