30m Euro Openair Mall Planned For Bourgas 11/11/2008
Developer ZBS plans to begin construction on the first open-air mall in Bulgaria in March 2009, website investor.bg reported on November 10. The investment in the new shopping centre is estimated at 30 million euro.The Strand mall would be built on a six ha plot near the highway to Sofia, next to a Baumax hypermarket, currently under construction. Nearly 100 Million Leva Invested In Third Mall In Bulgarias Rousse 11/03/2008
A sports and entertainment hall with a trade and service centre is to be built in the city of Rousse. The project included the construction of a multi-functional hall and mall with shops, offices and a hotel, investor.bg reported. The sports hall alone will cover a built-up area of nearly 24 530 sq m. The mall, the hotel and the underground parking will total 72 300 sq m. The project will be completed within two years. It is the third mall to be constructed in Rousse. Its estimated worth is 99.6 million leva. The main shareholders in Project Rousse Ltd are Rousse municipality and Mall Rousse Invest Ltd. more
