This is a traditional rural house situated in a quiet small village in the central Stara Planina Mountain close to the town of Troyan. The village lies in picturesque area surrounded with woody hills and rivers. Because of its good location near Troyan and Aprilci /known as attractive tourist destinations/ the settlement seems to be a perfect place for relaxation and recreation away from the noise and crowds of the city. The house we suggest you used to be a tavern but it hasn’t been recently inhabited. The house is two storey with approximately 120 sq m living area. Downstairs there is a hall, bathroom/WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms connected with a corridor. The house adjoins two streets. From the back of the house there is a second entrance door. A small garden is also included in the property.
